Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Compensation: $140K–$150K About the Role This is a high-visibility opportunity with a growing PE-backed manufacturer where you'll partner directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and business growth. In addition to leading FP&A, you'll oversee project estimating, giving you direct influence on profitability, pricing, costing, and strategic planning. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Financial Strategy & Planning: Drive our budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to keep us agile and growing. Manufacturing & Costing Excellence: Dig into plant economics, master costing models, and identify real margin improvement opportunities. Executive & Investor Relations: Lead high-stakes reporting for our C-suite, Board, and lenders. Commercial Alignment: Lead project estimation strategies and build actionable KPIs that help operational and commercial leaders win. Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring: Active CPA (Required) 5+ years of FP&A experience rooted in manufacturing Heavy-duty financial modeling and product/job costing expertise Natural ability to influence leaders across operations and sales (you speak their language, not just accounting) Bonus: Experience navigating a PE-backed environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
