Family‑owned and operated for over 60 years Stable, growing organization with multiple dealership locations Leadership opportunity with a respected automotive group Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for long‑term career advancement What You'll Do Lead and manage the daily operations of the dealership accounting office Supervise, train, and support accounting staff Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial schedules Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable Oversee vehicle deal posting, funding, and reconciliation Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance as needed Prepare and analyze financial reports for dealership and corporate leadership Maintain compliance with internal controls, manufacturer requirements, and company policies Partner with department managers to improve processes and resolve discrepancies Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements Qualifications Automotive dealership accounting experience is required Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures and financial reporting Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management systems preferred Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Employee vehicle purchase program Career growth opportunities within a large automotive group Supportive and professional work environment Join a company that values experience, leadership, and long‑term success.
