Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
LABINE AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
This is a high-visibility opportunity with a growing PE-backed manufacturer where you'll partner directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and business growth. In addition to leading FP&A, you'll oversee project estimating, giving you direct influence on profitability, pricing, costing, and strategic planning. What you'll own: Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Manufacturing financial analysis, costing, and margin improvement Executive, board, and lender reporting Project estimation leadership and continuous improvement KPI development and business performance insights We're looking for: CPA required 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing Strong financial modeling and costing experience Ability to influence operational and commercial leaders Experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus Ideal for someone who wants broader business exposure, direct executive interaction, and an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing manufacturing company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
