Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, discipline to follow structured processes, a positive “can do” attitude, and be a dedicated team player, all with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay Range: $22.85

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 

What's the Job?

• Manage all direct contact with clients and prospects, ensuring professional and effective communication.
• Coordinate quote processes and track project progress to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, Blue Chip associates, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support project coordination efforts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within structured processes and adhere to deadlines
