Desktop Support Technician

Job Title
Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE: 731 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery AL
MUST HAVE:
Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed. Supporting 6 local car dealerships in the area. Do not contact local tech already there.
