We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, Pick the hours you work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. No Experience Needed, perfect for opportunity for someone going to school, stay at home parent, etc

Compensation: $12.25 - $14.50 per hour

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Farmington.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 22 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
