The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment supporting international operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing vendor invoices accurately and ensuring timely payments
• Managing vendor accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
• Maintaining complete and accurate accounts payable records
• Preparing accounts payable reports and financial summaries
• Performing bank and account reconciliations
• Supporting compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the Accounts Payable Manager on financial operations
• Assisting in maintaining strong vendor relationships

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP accounting systems preferred
