## Job Summary A precision manufacturing provider in Stoughton, MA is seeking a CNC Machinist to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, medical device, and robotics sectors. You will ensure multi-axis CNC milling and turning centers run at peak performance.

## Core Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation: Perform complex machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments on multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.

• Programming Support: Interpret and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code to optimize cycle times.

• Quality Control: Read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to maintain tight tolerances for aerospace and medical compliance.

• Maintenance: Monitor tool life and perform routine preventive care on CNC machinery.

• Collaboration: Partner with engineers and programmers to support prototype and full production runs.

## Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a high-precision contract manufacturing environment.

• Skills: proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and manual G-code editing.

• Compliance: Ability to work within regulated quality frameworks (AS9100 / ISO 13485).

## Physical Demands

• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in a clean, modern facility with automated and robotic cells.
