Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to inform customized therapy plans.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment strategies that improve patients' motion, mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens, to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions, functional goals, and the importance of adherence to treatment and home exercises.
• Assess patients' progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery process, fostering a supportive atmosphere for growth and improvement.
• Thoroughly document patient progress, treatment provided, and any changes in care plans through our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health or outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong skills in developing and conducting personalized exercise regimens that address specific patient needs.

Preferred Experience
