Accounts Payable Analyst
$38 - $40 per hourEPITEC
Contract Duration: 1 year with the possibility for extension Pay Rate: $38-40 per hour on a W2 Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor & Invoice Management Specialist to support purchase order, invoicing, vendor management, budgeting, and financial reconciliation activities. This role requires strong Excel and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume financial data while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage and review purchase order (PO) requests, ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into and generated from internal PO systems. Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including onboarding new vendors, reviewing invoices, tracking artist budgets, managing approval workflows, and communicating with key internal and external partners. Perform 3-way matching across purchase orders and budgets, receiving documents/goods receipts, and vendor invoices. Identify, investigate, and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Monitor vendor statements, conduct regular reconciliations, and resolve aging balances, debit memos, and missing invoices. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing. Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience in vendor and invoice management. Experience working with and managing budgets. Strong ability to query, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Quick learner who can follow direction, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr EPITEC
