Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead the execution of duty to warn and mandated reporting processes, ensuring the safety of clients while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs, providing tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, psychologists, and care coordinators, to create holistic and effective treatment strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly using evidence-based practices and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Engage in data collection and analysis relating to client outcomes, enhancing treatment efficacy through ongoing evaluation.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with health regulations while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

• Stay updated with current research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery and client care.

The focus of this role encompasses a wide range of patients, from children to adults, who may be dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

• Current and valid professional licensure in the state of California, allowing for the practice of clinical social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
