If Lockbox Specialist sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, Responsibilities for a Lockbox Specialist include but are not limited to: Operate high-speed scanning and imaging equipment to process customer and client documents received via U.S. mail, overnight mail, and courier services Extract documents from envelopes, identify exception transactions, and ensure accurate document imaging and retention according to department guidelines Perform Match and Compare, HealthLogic Match and Compare, and Special HealthLogic Match and Compare processes as required Handle cash processing, credit card payments, foreign items, and routine machine maintenance in a high-volume production environment Candidates for Lockbox Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic PC knowledge and strong attention to detail Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive production-based tasks Ability to follow policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and other regulatory requirements What's in this Lockbox Specialist position for you?
