How you’ll make an impact in this role Execute advanced scrub and circulating roles for complex cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring precise instrument management and continuous patient monitoring. Provide critical clinical support by assisting anesthesia and surgical teams with invasive line access, intubation, and real-time physiological recording. Optimize preoperative environments through the expert preparation of specialized cardiovascular equipment and sterile surgical suites. Lead comprehensive patient care coordination by managing real-time documentation and cross-functional communication during high-stakes interventions. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
