Lead Nurse - Juvenile Residential Facility (RN) at Les Peters Youth Academy, Tampa, FL (relocating to St. Petersburg, FL). Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19, providing comprehensive care, treatment, and evidence-based intensive mental health services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Responsibilities Provide medical care to students in our care. Maintain and update all student medical files. Educate staff and students on health issues, first aid, infection control, and emergency procedures. Administer and oversee health services in a rural or centralized team setting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related health‑care field preferred (not required). Clear & valid Florida Registered Nurse licensure. Minimum of two years of experience in medical services administration. Compensation & Benefits Pay : $82,000 annual exempt. Medical, Dental, Vision, and company‑paid Life Insurance within 90 days.
