After validating the market through direct engagement with manufacturers across the country, we are entering the next phase of growth.

This is more than a typical sales role—you'll help build the market, grow the business, and become a key member of our U.S. expansion.

Fact Base has already established strong growth in Japan and validated the U.S. opportunity. We are now building the next phase of growth in America. We are trying to build the US team bigger than the Japanese team that currently consists of 80-100 members.

Real Growth Opportunity

Field-Driven Sales Environment

Learn directly from real shop floors through factory visits, customer conversations, and hands-on market development. xhyhwjd

Compensation

OTE: $70K–$120K+ depending on experience and performance.

Breakdown:

• Approximately 75% of OTE: base compensation and expected overtime earnings

• Approximately 25% of OTE: variable commission, capped at 200% of target achievement (paid semi-annually in May and November)

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 3 days per week visiting customers and prospects

• Typically, approximately 2 days per week working from the Schaumburg office

• Travel throughout the United States based on customer and business needs

Who We're Looking For

• Excited to help build and grow a business from an early stage

• B2B sales experience preferred (SaaS, manufacturing, industrial, or field sales)

• Hunter mentality with strong outbound skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-activity environments

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
