Our goal is to improve the appearance, texture, and youthful appeal of your face, neck and body. Nurse Fiona Medical Spa is seeking an energetic, refined and caring part-time Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join the team! Must have 2 years of relevant reception experience. We are looking for someone who can work Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays. We are not currently looking for estheticians or nurses. A Patient Coordinator at our practice will deliver the highest quality of service to our patients, can solve problems and remain composed in challenging situations. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail along with impeccable interpersonal skills to ensure an amazing experience for our patients. Responsibilities Enthusiastically greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive in the office and ensure the first impression is a great one Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments Ensure reception area is welcoming and clean Assist with retail merchandising Act as a valued resource for our patients by providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Must be well organized Ensure the patient experience is consistent with our brand and mission Understand all treatment and service offerings at the Spa and be able to answer questions confidently Must be willing and able to follow all employee rules established by owner/operator Reliable and punctual Team player with zero drama Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Concierge, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional and positive attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Passion for customer service Successful problem-solving skills Ability to think independently and possess good judgment #J-18808-Ljbffr Nurse Fiona Medical Spa
