Order BuilderWork Location: Abilene, TX 79601Shift Schedule: 7pm-5 am with occasional OT on SaturdaysDuration: 12 months contractJob Description:We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Order Builder to accurately pick, pack, and stack products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely and independently operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to prepare shipments for delivery. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent movement, compliance with productivity standards, and a strong commitment to safety and quality control.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and palletizing customer orders based on pick ticket.Securely wrap and stage completed pallets in designated warehouse zones.Maintain a steady pace to consistently hit required productivity benchmarks.Operate machinery like electric pallet jacks, walkie-riders, or manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.Qualifications:0 - 3 year of general work experience required. High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills for continuous lifting, twisting, and grasping of products.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet (standing/walking) for long periods.Note:All workers attire should be Non-Logo Tee Shirt Red, Blk, or Grey- Non-Log Baseball cap (if applicable).Proper safety footwear required (steel toe, puncture resistant sole, and provide above the ankle protection) as specifically stated below:Safety Shoe Specification: Puncture Resistant (Kevlar bottom); Class 75 protective toe; Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35/higher and a minimum of 6 inches or higher.
