This role will help drive the phased migration of an existing identity management tool to Saviynt, encompassing core functionality and more than 1,800 applications. The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams and a services vendor to maintain delivery progress, align stakeholders, manage risks, and support project governance throughout a multi-year initiative.Responsibilities: Develop resource and plans to track project progress Coordinate sub-projects/tasks among vendor and intern resources Maintain and prioritize list of issues affecting project and pro-actively assuring their resolution through appropriate party Create project reporting (e.g., status updates, reviews) and deliver presentations indicating progress reports Evaluate and create review documents for changes to project scope Perform program risk assessment and assist in evaluating and identifying controls for the risks Maintain and closely monitor the program risk management plan Leading and motivating a project team, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members Leadership: Effectively manages own time and provides visibility into ongoing work Recognizes when teammates encounter difficulties in their tasks and readily offers support Demonstrates initiative by taking action without constant direction from others Agile: Applies values of quality, response to change, customer centricity in the way of workin.
