This role will play a key part in helping us tackle some of our most exciting problems, unlocking new opportunities, and creating an environment where our teams can do their best work. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the ever-evolving landscape of performance media, have a growth mindset seeking continuous learning and innovation, and leverage data to uncover unique growth paths that maximize efficiency.This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.What you’ll do at Figma:Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyondBe strategic in identifying opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing, but also be comfortable diving in deep into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every regionAssess and build in-house talent where necessary and partner with media agencies as neededWe'd love to hear from you if you have:8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company2+ years managing a team of direct reports Experience in building global paid marketing campaignsExperience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback periodWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or DisplayIn-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS company is preferred, where you have directly owned paid marketing strategy and budget rather than managing client accounts in an agency settingExperience in PLG organizationsAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
