ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving agency growth through strong customer relationships and consistent sales performance. This is a production-focused role where your ability to generate business and meet goals directly impacts your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and service needs
• Meet or exceed monthly Property & Casualty production requirements
• Proactively generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Active Property & Casualty license required at time of hire
• Life & Health license must be obtained within the first 30 days (in-office)
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
