Leasing Consultant: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Bender Companies is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant for one of its Lansing properties. You will drive occupancy by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, presenting community features, and delivering outstanding customer service. Role requires on-site presence at the Lansing property, strong sales ability, and knowledge of local leasing laws.
