Billing Clerk

The Billing Clerk is an accounting position that is responsible for finalizing all aspects of a retail automotive sales transaction and posting the details to accounting. Verification of sale and cost figures, proper documentation, signatures, forms, and process accuracy. This position requires significant financial and compliance responsibility. BENEFITS Great working environment Paid Training Medical Dental + Vision Insurance 401(k) RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and Finance Product submissions Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process Process and reconcile factory incentives Create and maintain deal logs Other duties assigned REQUIREMENTS 1 year of Automotive Billing experience required MUST be familiar with CDK High school diploma or equivalent.
