We're looking for a **Senior Field Service Technician** to support critical equipment and systems at customer sites while delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.In this role, you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and diesel-powered systems, helping customers keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you thrive in the field, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in being the person who gets things working again, we'd love to hear from you.** Why This Role Is Different*** Diverse work supporting multiple customers, locations, and systems* Opportunity to work independently while being backed by an experienced team* Exposure to mechanical, electrical, diesel, and industrial process systems* Significant customer interaction and problem-solving responsibility* Clear path for professional growth and skill development** What You'll Be Doing*** Perform field service work safely and efficiently at customer locations* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment issues* Complete preventive maintenance and repair activities* Manage parts inventory and equipment readiness* Identify and proactively address potential safety concerns involving company and customer-owned equipment* Provide technical support and recommendations to customers* Document service work, findings, and corrective actions* Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment and operational challenges* Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams* Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members** Where You'll Make an Impact**You'll serve as the face of our organization in the field, helping customers maintain critical equipment and operations.
