Neonatologist

Client is seeking a Full-Time Neonatologist to join a highly respected Level III NICU team. The neonatologist will provide comprehensive neonatal care within a state-of-the-art NICU. Manage critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced neonatal therapies. Utilize advanced NICU technologies and therapies including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary neonatal team. Participate in an attractive rounding and shared call schedule. Deliver care within a designated perinatal/neonatal regional center. Practice in a modern NICU facility that opened in 2019. Work within a Level I trauma center environment. Participate in teaching opportunities through an academic appointment. Educate and mentor pediatric residents. Contribute to a collaborative and collegial physician culture emphasizing mentorship and teamwork. Focus exclusively on NICU responsibilities with no newborn nursery duties required. Support evidence-based neonatal care initiatives and quality improvement efforts. Relocation may be required for this position. J1 visa candidates are accepted.
