Rochester - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of strong litigation experience to join the Rochester office. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, and labor and employment litigation experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. The candidate must be licensed to practice law immediately in New York.

Pursuant to New York regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. We offer generous compensation and benefits packages. For more information visit:
