Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (W2)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Support Center Representative to provide day-to-day support to employees and managers.

In this role, you will answer questions, help troubleshoot basic issues, process requests, update information in business systems, and make sure inquiries are properly documented and followed up on.

You will also have the opportunity to work with Workday and other business systems while supporting areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, administrative, HR, or internship experience who is interested in building experience in business operations and enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

• Respond to employee and manager questions by phone, email, and service requests.
• Provide basic support and help resolve employee questions whenever possible.
• Assist users with Workday and other business systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain information in company systems.
• Create and update support cases and document issues clearly.
• Help troubleshoot basic system and process-related questions.
• Guide employees to available self-service tools and resources.
• Follow up with employees when additional information is needed.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Support day-to-day processes related to HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and other business functions.
• Work with teams across HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other departments to help resolve requests.
• Assist with testing system or process updates.
• Help maintain and update knowledge-base information and support materials.
• Identify common questions or issues and share ideas for improving processes and customer service.
• Participate in training and learn new systems, processes, and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• At least a high school diploma or GED.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software or systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Willingness to learn and work with different business teams.

Preferred:

• Internship or entry-level experience in customer service, HR, administration, or a business environment.
• Experience with Workday or another ERP/business system.
• Exposure to Finance or Supply Chain processes.
• Experience working with ticketing, case management, or support systems.
