Manufacturing Associate I R1602863 : Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy – Devens, MA, USA Compensation Overview: $25.34 - $30.70 per hour (full-time). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Responsibilities Occupancy structure determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. Roles are classified as site-essential, site-by-design, field-based, or remote-by-design. Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at the assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite. For field-based and remote-by-design roles, the ability to travel to customers, patients, or business partners and attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential function.
