Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations.

Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families by teaching effective therapy methods to support ongoing recovery at home.

Track Patient Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and adapt plans to ensure patients stay on track to meet their goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Encouraged participation in continuing education and post-graduate certification opportunities

Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Required certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
