Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized treatment plans aimed at helping them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Healing Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to support patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Team Up with Interdisciplinary Partners: Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, well-rounded care
• Empower Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy methods to encourage ongoing progress in their home environment
• Track and Adjust Progress: Continuously monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure patients remain on their journey to recovery

Education

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications will be supported

Certifications

• Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
