High School graduate or equivalent experiencepreferred• Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicationskills with a passion for team-building and mentorship.• Deep appreciation for wellness, inclusivity, and the Beyond Yoga lifestyle.• Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holidays• Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and able to lift/carr y upto 40 pounds.• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel as requiredThe salary range for this role is $15.55-25.90. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
