An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician specializing in IV/infusion to support a growing home infusion service line. This role emphasizes sterile compounding, including TPNs and antibiotics, and contributes to patient care improvements within a reputable healthcare system with multiple hospitals and home infusion sites.

Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IVs, TPNs, and other sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision
• Maintain strict quality assurance in compliance with departmental and legal standards
• Train new team members when required
• Participate in clinical initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes
• Perform additional pharmacy technician duties related to sterile compounding as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of strong IV/infusion experience, preferably in a home infusion setting; inpatient IV experience considered
• Valid VA Pharmacy Technician license and national certification
• Proficiency with EPIC system
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately in sterile compounding environments
