The Advanced Effectors (AE) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit has an immediate opening for an onsite program controls analyst. The analyst will support a key franchise competitive win for Raytheon, currently awarded at approximately $1.5B, with additional unexercised options to be priced. This analyst will be joining the program at a very critical and exciting time as the program is currently proposing a large follow-on contract expected this year.

You will work closely with finance management in supporting contractual Earned Value implementation and will also partner with the various functional teammates to support program reporting and deliverables. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills and can lead the team to meet critical deadlines. The candidate has strong analytical skills and can communicate effectively across Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, various functions, and with various program and finance leadership. What You Will Do:

• Drive Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR), data analysis and reporting, and baseline establishment and maintenance.
• Analyze and review monthly forecasting with program leadership and various functionals.
• Support the monthly financial planning forecast / close process (Rplan), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP).

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, & PowerPoint.
• Experience in using ERP Systems ex. SAP Business Systems (PRISM, SAP, AO reporting).
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related.
• Active and in-scope (Secret) U.S. security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in using ForProject.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.
• Experience with Earned Value Management systems including APEX EV and program Management Excellence (PMX) tool suite would be a plus.
• Experience preparing contractual IPMR/IPMDAR requirements for contractual EVMS programs.
• Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking.
• Sound analytical skills.
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player contributing new ideas.

• This position is grade P3, Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls.
• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
