Practice Supervisor

As a leader, you will have accountability and oversight, supervising the daily activities of the department, shift or area. You set the tone and model positive leadership behavior while ensuring team work tasks, projects and responsibilities are completed successfully to support departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications Minimum of two years of relevant healthcare experience; previous supervisory experience is preferred. Associate degree in business administration or an equivalent field; a high school diploma and additional relevant experience may be considered on a year‑for‑year basis in lieu of the degree requirement. Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork and site/cost center based management preferred. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships preferred. Ability to communicate with employees at all levels preferred. Ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through on solutions preferred. Knowledge of third party payers preferred. Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Excel, Sage Intergy, Power Point and Outlook preferred. Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision‑making and problem solving expertise preferred. Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm (hours may vary around meetings and supervisory duties).
