Skilled Trades Recruiter As a Skilled Trades Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will play a key role in driving our installation capacity growth by attracting and engaging top talent across a wide range of skilled trades opportunities. Working closely with department leadership, you’ll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs. Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements. Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Must be willing to work in office full time Must be driven by candidate satisfaction Must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills. Must be able to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process Must have prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred Must be open to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail Must have 1-2 years professional experience.
