Head of People Function - Maersk Contract Logistics

Role Purpose The Regional Head of People Function for Maersk Contract Logistics will lead the end-to-end People Function agenda across North America, driving both operational excellence through the FLPO organization and strategic business partnering in close collaboration with the MCL Global PbP. This role requires a balance of deep operational expertise and strong strategic capability to enable business performance, build organizational capability, and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the region.
