Hi,

I'm working on a high-impact Project Manager opportunity within a top-tier, highly regarded investment organization based in Westport, CT. The role sits within a Security / Cyber PMO and partners directly with senior leadership, including the CSO and CISO, to drive execution of critical, multi-year initiatives.

This is a strategic, high-visibility position focused on:

Translating leadership vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and deliverables
Driving cross-functional programs across technology, security, and business teams
Establishing governance, metrics, and accountability frameworks
Operating as a key partner to senior stakeholders while managing complex initiatives end-to-end

They're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment , is comfortable challenging assumptions, and can bring structure and clarity to evolving priorities.

Ideal background:

2-5 years in project/program management (tech or security environment preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience driving complex initiatives with measurable outcomes
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably with some security or technical background. An added plus to have prior experience with Security governance and AI.
Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and long-term impact across complex programs.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex ideas clearly and effectively both in writing and in high-stakes meetings with senior leadership, as well as with operational team members.
Experience leading large, multi-phased initiatives, with strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic environments.
