You’ll be responsible for fielding all hotel calls, directing them appropriately, and communicating critical information to guests and staff as needed. About you... Passionate about providing superior service, organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
