Business Analyst

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of EH&S systems and processes across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of 3E and Enablon/Sphera platforms.
• Drive product stewardship initiatives, including SVT (Substance Volume Tracking) and regulatory compliance.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for EH&S system implementations.
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
• Monitor and report on implementation progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Product Stewardship - SVT.
• Hands-on experience with Product Stewardship EH&S Implementation - 3E Integration.
• Proficiency in Enablon and/or Sphera platforms.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation for system implementations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of EH&S regulations and compliance frameworks.
