Accounts Receivable Associate

Accounts Receivable AssociateKohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time accounts receivable associate to handle accounts receivable, process statements, and collect and oversee delinquent accounts.Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-FridayRequirements:High school diploma/GED and experience in computers and collections required.Accounting background preferred.Experience working with customers in a problem-solving capacity; receivables experience preferred.Possess good data entry/math skills and attention to detail.Computer knowledge especially using Microsoft Office programsMust be reliable, self-motivated, and organized.Willing to work independently and as part of the team.Able to think critically and solve problems.Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.Benefit program includes: vacation and sick time, 401K, company discount, health, vision, dental plans, employer clinic, social security and Medicare match, supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, flex plan-medical/dependent care, credit monitoring/pre-paid legal, employee assistance program, education assistance program, gym membership discounts, and flu shots.
