Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator

Our Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator  is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a "best in home care" experience for our clients and employees. Right at Home of North Dallas, an established-award winning local home care company in our 20th year, is an organization of compassionate caregivers serving older adults and those with disabilities in the homes of their own choosing.

Responsibilities

*The right individual will coordinate and supervise all Client and Care Team service needs in a Responsive and Thorough manner.

*This multifaceted position will consist of Care Team staffing for the families we serve will ensure our Clients and Employees are Raving Fans of Right at Home and will have some involvement with the recruitment and hiring processes of the agency.

*This role includes shared on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

* A passion for working with the elderly and those with disabilities

*Exceptional people and telephone skills with a passion for providing the finest service experience

*Strong computer skills, must be able to learn Wellsky (Scheduling Program) and be strong with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

*Experience in staffing/scheduling and client care in Health Care, preferably Home Care is a plus 

*A strong level of experience working in a fast-paced small business environment 

*Strong organization and detail-oriented skills as well as a multi-tasker
