About This Role The RN Ambulatory position at Cleveland Clinic’s Lutheran Hospital involves providing professional nursing care in an outpatient wound care setting. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.40/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Lutheran Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans. Administer medications and treatments. Initiate CPR and other emergency measures. Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) of abnormal findings. Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and specialized patient care equipment. Develop, evaluate, adapt, and document health education and provide it to patients and families. Cover other nursing roles within the department. Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures, as needed. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Experience One year of recent experience as an RN. Will consider LPN, Medical Assistant, and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience in substitution of RN experience for current Cleveland Clinic caregivers. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
