ADMIT-TO-DISCHARGE PHYSICAL THERAPIST ? PRN
$55/Hour | Outpatient + Home Care | Flexible Weekday Schedule
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Admit-to-Discharge team.
If you?re looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to truly follow your patients from evaluation all the way through discharge, this could be a great fit.

Monday?Friday flexibility, with scheduling between 7:00 AM?6:00 PM
Outpatient + home care patients

What We?re Looking For
Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
Outpatient or home care experience is a plus
Someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable working independently
