Remote IT Support & Helpdesk Specialist

MaziCTools

MaziCTools is seeking a Partner Expert IT Crewmember to provide technical support for JetBlue Crewmembers, ensuring efficient first and second-level assistance. This remote position offers $30/hour and requires availability for short-term travel within Jamaica and the US.

The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have experience with the latest operating systems. Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow JetBlue’s core values are essential.
