Business Development Manager – Credit Union (Syracuse, NY) Location: Syracuse, NY (Travel Required) Pay Range: $66,964.91 to $83,706.13. Actual pay will depend on experience. Position Summary: Business Development Manager AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on membership growth, lending production, and partner engagement. This role is responsible for driving business development strategy while leading Member Partner Advisors and Direct Lending Relationship Managers. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding community partnerships, strengthening dealer relationships, and delivering measurable growth across the organization.
