Target Compensation: $70,000-$85,000
Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial statements and accounting reports
• Calculate commissions and maintain supporting schedules
• Coordinate audit requests and provide supporting documentation
• Recommend and implement process improvements across accounting operations
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or Master's preferred (or in progress)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in at least 2 of the following:
