We are looking to hire a passionate and efficient Demi Chef De Partie to join our team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service, where we believe that anything is possible. The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort. A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines. Set up and manage your section Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and portion control. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily operations. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role/kitchen section at least three years. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety. Stress-resistant, team player, good physical condition, professional attitude. Good English communication skills. Fire Safety Training preferred, First Aid Training, Heath and Kitchen Safety Training required.
