Executive Chef

Seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a large resort in Northern Michigan with a significant culinary operation and expansive banquet and event facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience within a large resort, hotel or convention property. We are seeking a hands-on, strategic culinary leader who maintains high standards for food quality, presentation, and service while effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the entire culinary department. The Executive Chef will oversee multiple outlets, banquet operations, menu development, food and labor costs, purchasing, and culinary staff. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and mentor who enjoys training and developing culinary teams, builds accountability, and creates a positive, high-performance kitchen culture. Strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a complex, high-volume operation are essential. **Candidates MUST have authorization to work in the US** #J-18808-Ljbffr Hutchinson Consulting
