The ideal candidate has hands‑on recruiting experience and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across clinical, administrative, and operational roles in a fast‑growing ABA organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and departments Post and maintain job listings across job boards and internal channels Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers on candidate selection Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress Qualifications Must have prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once Experience recruiting in healthcare or ABA services a plus Compensation: Great pay | Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office | Location: Brooklyn, NY Apply:View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr LBAPS
