Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare systems. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and proposal development. Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success) to support customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely forecasts and reports. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology. Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to travel within territory (up to 50%). What We Offer Competitive base salary $110k – $120k + uncapped commission (OTEn $195k year 1, $220k year 2, uncapped). Car allowance and expense reimbursement.
