Vendor Manager
$10 per hourFuze Health
Job Summary At Fuze Health, we put patients first and tirelessly address the most pressing needs in healthcare. We empower millions to digitally connect with care providers, essential health resources and needed treatments – and enable care providers, employers, health plans and life sciences companies to meaningfully enhance quality, outcomes and value. We are dedicated to helping our partners evolve and modernize to meet emerging patient and marketplace needs. Company Overview Fuze Health’s foundation is built upon the strategic combination of several proven, technology‑powered innovators in the digital health, diagnostics, and pharmacy sectors. Our growing portfolio brings together the capabilities of industry leaders including LetsGetChecked, Truepill, and Alto Pharmacy, to create a distinctive, unified force in healthcare. Together, we have the shared vision, advanced capabilities and talented teams to deliver next‑generation solutions that patients and healthcare partners need today and into the future. Job Description Fuze Health is looking for a Vendor Manager to join our Procurement & Vendor Management team. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can take a project from zero to done without hand‑holding. You’ll be managing a broad portfolio of technology and services vendors across our five entities, driving governance into an estimated $10–15M of currently unmanaged spend, and working directly with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Security, and business leadership to make sure our vendor relationships are structured, compliant, and delivering value. This is not a role where you’ll be managing a playbook someone else built. We will be building it. Key Responsibilities Own vendor lifecycle management for assigned categories — sourcing, negotiation, contracting, performance management, and renewals — with minimal supervision Bring ungoverned vendors into the Lexion intake process and governance framework, including tiering, BAA status, security intake, and renewal calendar Lead RFPs and competitive sourcing events for mid‑to‑high‑complexity vendor relationships Identify and execute contract consolidation opportunities across Fuze Health entities to reduce duplication and capture pricing leverage Track and enforce vendor SLA commitments; elevate and document when vendors underperform Partner with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Finance on every significant contract and new vendor onboarding Maintain spend analytics and reporting for your portfolio, surfacing savings opportunities and risks on a rolling basis Support Workday integration requirements across vendor workflows Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management or a related function. Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of third‑party vendors, suppliers or service providers. Experience leading contract renewals, commercial negotiations and vendor performance management activities Experience working in a regulated environment such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, SaaS, Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Financial Services or similar industries. Experience supporting cross‑functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Operations. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Relationship Management. Experience managing enterprise‑level vendor portfolios exceeding $5M in annual spend. Experience supporting technology, SaaS, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated‑service vendors. Experience leading enterprise RFPs and strategic sourcing initiatives. Experience implementing procurement, vendor governance, or contract management programs. Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems. Vendor consolidation and cost optimization initiatives. Proficiency with: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Slack or similar collaboration tools Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar workflow tools Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba, Ironclad, Lexion, or equivalent procurement and contract management systems Reporting and analytics tools Additional Desired Skills & Abilities Contract review and commercial negotiation. Vendor governance and relationship management. Vendor performance management and KPI development. Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and sourcing processes. Experience implementing procurement, vendor governance, or contract management programs.
